Help Save 1st Lady Marie Jacques
Hello, Friends + Family! Thank you for helping us bring our First Lady and dear mother home!
On February 4th, doctors discovered Sr Jacques had three brain aneurysms. After almost a full day of surgery, doctors were able to tackle two of her brain aneurysms and the third was left for a later date.
Since then, Sr. Jacques suffered multiple strokes, moved to a rehabilitation facility where she contracted Covid19, and now suffering from pneumonia, and several other conditions. She is currently in a great deal of pain and her life is at risk should she remain in the hospital.
We have decided it is in her best interest to bring her home where her family can give her the proper care she needs. Sr. Jacques' eldest daughter, a dedicated ER Nurse for over 15 years will be her primary caregiver. Alongside her daughter and many family members and friends who are essential workers and have served on the front lines during this pandemic. In short, she will be in perfect hands.
This fundraiser is to help raise funds to cover the expenses of care, equipment, and medicine to say the least. We understand these are trying times for everyone.
