The only thing I want for my birthday this year is to get my next gender affirming medical procedure (breast augmentation). All year, I have told myself, "this is all I want. I will get my bags on my birthday this year!"

I have not been able to save anything up for it because of bills and basic necessities crucial to my survival.

I am leaning on community to lift me up for my birthday this year. Achieving the goal of this campaign will cover the cost of surgery. Also, it will help me sustain while in recovery as I will not be able to work.
