Mercer Family Fundraiser

Last night, while my brother in law went to pick up my sister from her 12 hour shift as a nurse at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA, their house went up in flames. Her, her husband, my niece and nephew are all thankfully unharmed but they are devastatingly left living in hotels for the foreseeable future. If it isn’t enough that my sister has been risking her life caring for COVID-19 patients while providing for her family this is another tragedy that she doesn’t deserve to face. I know times are tough for everyone right now but if anyone knows my sister they know she deserves to get as much help as she can get. Caira Mercer and her family lost their house Monday night due to a terrible house fire. Thankfully everyone made it out safely. Caira is currently an RN at Baystate Medical Center on the frontline during this pandemic, and now has the added burden of no house to go back to. Her Baystate work family is asking everyone to help Caira and her family get back on their feet again. ANY donation would be greatly appreciated.
