Familia y amigos,

Hola mi nombre es Amanda Vela y el motivo por la presente petición es para recaudar fondos para el cuidado después de vida de mi prima Mercedes Meza, y para los familiares que han tomado el cuidado de sus pequeños Elias de 10 años y Sanji de 2 años. Mi prima se nos adelanto y paso a estar con el Señor en Octubre 31 de el 2023 por la mañana.

Mercedes Meza mi prima, soltera, trabajadora, luchadora, y proveedora de su familia de edad de 41 año, vivía en Las Vegas, Nevada. En Septiembre 21, 2022, visito el hospital local en Las Vegas por causa de hinchazón y inaguantable dolor en la pierna izquierda. Fui internada inmediatamente y se le llevo acabo una biopsia. Los resultados de la biopsia fuerron inesperados que el hinchazón que ella sufría eran de tumor de cancer.

Le diagnosticaron con el Sarcoma de Ewing de etapa cuarta, lo cual es un tipo raro de cancer que se produce en los huesos o en el tejido blando alrededor de los huesos. En Noviembre 9, 2022 recibió una mala noticia que el cancer se le había propagado a otras zonas de su cuerpo. Afectando su pancreas y pulmones primero.

Fue en ese momento que mi prima decidió a recibir tratamiento de quimioterapia en Los Angeles. Dejando a sus pequeños con familiares cercanos. Ellos la apoyaron y le ayudaron a seguir su tratamiento lejos de casa.

Ella sufrió momentos inesperados, se le comenzó a debilitar su cuerpo, se le callo el pelo y las sejas con el tratamiento. Estando lejos de sus hijos ella tenia a sus padres y familia que la apoyaron y le ayudaron a seguir adelante en los momentos difíciles. Mi prima siguió adelante leyendo su Biblia fielmente y manteniendo su mirada puesta en Dios, Ella nunca perdió la fe y esperanza en El. Ella lucho hasta que el cansacio la dejo sin fuerza. Ella pudo despedirse de sus seres queridos en paz y siempre brindando su amor. Ella falleció a lado de su familia.

La familia esta buscando el apoyo de familia y amigos para recaudar fondos para los gastos funerales y para apoyar a sus dos pequeños.

Hello, my name is Amanda Vela and the reason for this petition is to raise funds for the afterlife care of my cousin Mercedes Meza, and for the relatives who have taken care of her little ones Elias, 10 years old, and Sanji, 2 years old. My cousin beat us to it and went to be with the Lord on October 31, 2023 during the morning.

Mercedes Meza, my cousin, single, hard-working, a fighter, and provider for her family with 41 years of age, lived in Las Vegas, Nevada. On September 21, 2022, she visited the local hospital in Las Vegas due to swelling and unbearable pain in her left leg. She was immediately hospitalized and a biopsy was performed. The biopsy results were unexpected that the swelling she suffered was from a cancerous tumor.

She was diagnosed with stage four of Ewing Sarcoma, which is a rare type of cancer that occurs in the bones or the soft tissue around the bones. On November 9, 2022 she received bad news that the cancer had spread to other areas of her body. Affecting your pancreas and lungs first.

It was at that moment that my cousin decided to receive chemotherapy treatment in Los Angeles. Leaving her two children with close family. They supported her and helped her continue her treatment away from home.

She suffered unexpected moments, her body was weakening, her hair and eyebrows fell off with the treatment. it was very tough for her to be away from her children, but she had her parents and family who supported her and helped her move forward during the difficult times. My cousin continued reading her Bible faithfully and keeping her eyes focused on God. She never lost faith and hope in Him. She fought until exhaustion left her without strength. She was able to say goodbye to her loved ones in peace and always offering her love. She passed away alongside her family.

The family is seeking the support of family and friends to raise funds for afterlife care expenses and to support her two children that she's left behind with loved ones. I know we can gather the funds needed for the family and remains of my cousin.
