Meows needs amputation

We tried to keep the splint on him but it's not working and I maxed out all my free funds for him and now his legs still badly broken in the thigh, bones through the skin, and he's out of pain medicine. I'm desperate as he's so young and playful not even 6 months. Please help me save my lil boys best friend and get him taken care of. I can't imagine putting him down but I also can't afford any more vet care without help.
