Hi all, on the 8th of December myself and my cousin Devin Cruden will be doing the 4 x 4 x 48 challenge (4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours) to raise money for both Mental Health and Parkinsons disease.

If anyone wishes to run or walk one of the 12 legs with us please drop either one of us a message and we would be delighted for you to join along!

The challenge will start on Friday 8th December at 8am and finish on Sunday 10th December at 4am.
