For as long as I can remember, I’ve seen the pain, hurt, and trauma that mental health struggles can bring—not just in my own life, but in the lives of so many others around me. Knowing that I wasn’t the only one dealing with these feelings inspired me to reach out and help others in a broader way. I’ve learned that most people don’t want to talk about their struggles, often feeling ashamed or misunderstood. I want to let them know that it’s okay to open up, and that they’re not alone.
That’s why I’m organizing a series of mental health meet and greet events in different states. My goal is to bring people together, create a safe space for honest conversations, and let everyone know that there are resources and support available. So many people feel lonely, sad, or depressed, and I want to show them that there’s a community that cares.
The funds raised will go directly toward booking venues, providing refreshments, traveling between states, and creating helpful materials for attendees. With your support, we can make these events possible and help people feel seen, heard, and supported. If you believe in the power of community and the importance of mental health, I hope you’ll consider contributing. Together, we can make a real difference.
