This initiative was born from the wisdom and purpose I feel called to by God: to help others understand the importance of mental health in every aspect of life. My goal is to share a message that touches the hearts of those who can relate, and to encourage acceptance and empathy in a world where these qualities are often lacking. I believe that by opening up about our experiences and supporting one another, we can create a more compassionate society.

To bring this vision to life, I am organizing a series of 4 to 5 seminars in Puerto Rico, each inspired by the message of my book. My book is an open account of my own life experiences, and I hope that by sharing these stories, I can help others see the value of mental health and the power of empathy. The funds raised will go directly toward making these seminars possible, allowing me to reach more people and spread this vital message throughout the community.
