My name is Carter Armstrong, I have struggled with mental health and the stigma of reaching out and asking for help my whole life so to try and help someone in the same position I am running from Vancouver to Dryden, Ontario. Starting April 8th I will be running solo with all my supplies on me and will document the journey on my social medias to try and inspire and donate to the cause that affects so many people.
