Walking Every Mile for Mental Health
EVENT START DATE 18th December
I’m setting myself a challenge that means more to me than just putting one foot in front of the other.
I’m going to walk a full lap of the Isle of Wight, and I won’t be returning home until every single mile is complete.
This isn’t just about the physical challenge—it’s about my own journey with mental health.
Like so many people, I’ve faced battles that aren’t always visible. There have been times when life has felt overwhelming, and I know how lonely those struggles can be. Instead of letting those experiences define me, I’ve decided to turn them into something positive.
Every mile I walk will represent the determination to keep moving forward, even on the hardest days. I hope that by sharing my story, I can remind others that they are not alone and that it’s okay to ask for help.
I’m raising money and awareness for Mindset Bros Isle of Wight, a charity that provides support, encouragement, and a sense of community for people who are struggling with their mental health. The work they do changes lives, and I want to help them continue supporting those who need it most.
No matter how big or small, every donation will make a difference. If you’re unable to donate, simply sharing this page will help spread awareness and support the cause.
Thank you for believing in me, supporting my journey, and helping raise awareness for mental health. Together, we can show that no one has to face their struggles alone.
Every step has a purpose. Every mile tells a story. Let’s make a difference together
