In 2025 after 20 years of suffering with anxiety and alcohol related issues and various mental health problems I nearly lost my battle and left behind my beautiful family.

I am the lucky one I reached out I got help but most don't get the chance or know about the charities locally who can save your life or you loved ones life.

I want to raise money for a Manchester based mens mental health charity called Mandem Meetup to help men out there to Talk and get back to their strong selves.

I will be doing dry January along with cycling 5 miles per day for the whole of January now whilst this may not sound a great deal to the cycling enthusiasts for me I will be doing it at 5am before going to work and doing a 12 hour shift I will get up and do it every single day come rain or shine.

Everyone knows someone who suffers with mental health PLEASE help me to make a difference no matter how much the donation it will all help.

If we can save just ONE life by doing this then surely it is worth it.
