Mend my broken heart with puppy love

I'm Laura and I'm heartbroken

My darling little Poppy dog has died suddenly on 8th October 2024. RIP Poppy.

She had a short illness which looks like a massive stroke over one day and deteriorated quickly. She took her last breath in her bed with her toys and head had in my hand and looking at me the whole time at 18:00.

I loved her so much, we were inseparable for 15 years 3 months. She's been there through so much in my life and been the most constant thing in all my years, my little soul dog, my Popple, little fraggle pops.

I feel a part of me has died with her.

I have cried for days, I miss her so badly.

Fly high little Pops. I love you, you are the best dog in the whole world ❤️

I was apprehensive whether to make this crowd fund, but many friends wanting to cheer me up with this and that, so I wanted to say all I really want is a new companion puppy dog to love ❤️

I choose to live alone, with no children, as I'm mostly an introvert these days, but my home life, my walks just can't be the same without a Doggy companion.

I know some people will judge me for wanting a Bichon puppy like poppy to start again, and not a shelter dog, but that's what I feel I need.

Instead of bringing chocolates or flowers, please contribute £20 or less, much less, towards a little bundle of fluff to be my new furbaby.
