MemoryChase, a 15 minute Sci-Fi Short film
The story follows a couple divided by technology, set in a retrograde future where humans have the ability to import, export and edit Memories. Mari finds herself, without memories of her past and working as a memory technician for a mysterious company. Mari's past catches up to her through her partner June, who's determined to bring her love back home.
The odds are stacked against the couple, and the head of the organisation, Mr. Syne is keen to make sure it stays that way.

Why now?
In our world today, misinformation is rife and a never ending stream of content is readily available at our fingertips. What if, this misinformation and content was applied to our memories. The question we want to ask in MemoryChase is how consumption of content impacts us, but also, how it can impact our relationships.

We've now completed 4 out of the 7 shooting days, and we're raising funds to finish the last 3 and assist with post-production.
We will use the funds to book an abandoned hospital (potentially haunted) as a clinic location for two days. For the final day, we will be booking a small appointment room in order to shoot the final scene of the film.
We want to make sure that all cast and crew are paid for their efforts. This is an ambitious project and the team are working a day job and have taken time out of their personal lives to make sure that this short film can happen. A lot of us are at the beginning of a new journey in the creative industry and with your support, this will provide a great jumping off point for everyone involved.
A quarter of what we earn through crowdfunding will be donated to the charity Dementia UK.
