Tribute to Malcolm Rollen
Donation protected

In February 2016, my brother Malcolm Rollen was diagnosed with a inoperable brain tumor. Doctors only gave him months to live, but Malcolm's spirit never waivered and he always had so much courage. Fast forward 3 months and Malcolm's condition required a trach and feeding tube. At this point, he could no longer eat or talk. By February of this year, Malcolm could no longer walk or use his arms or hands. His only way of communicating his thoughts with us was through his eyes. What makes Malcolm my hero is that through everything, he never complained, but was only concerned about burdening his family with his care. I am proud to claim this most courageous and selfless person as my brother. Growing up, we had our share of fights as most siblings do, but I never imagined that I would be saying goodbye to you so soon! Malcolm's fight was over on May 1st, 2017. He went to sleep and peacefully passed away. I will miss you brother, you will always be in my heart.
I'm creating this GoFund Me page to raise funds for my brother's medical and final expenses. Our goal is to raise $10,000. My mom's a teacher, but hasn't been able to work, taking on the role of my brother's full-time care taker for the last year. His condition required 24 hour nursing care.
