In Loving Memory of Gladys Johanna Villabos: Supporting Her Family
It’s with deep sadness the family share that Gladys Johanna Villalobos tragically passed away on January 14, 2026. Gladys was a loving mother of 2 wonderful boys, Joseph (20) and Jade (17) as well as a faithful daughter to Mirna, sister to Victor and Carlos (including Tony & Tino who are in heaven with her), Tia, prima, and a friend to countless others.
To know Gladys, was to love her; her infectious smile, free spirit, and positivity drew in people from all walks of life. Gladys found peace and healing in nature, and was an active member of the hiking and running community in Los Angeles.
Gladys was also a huge LA Kings fan, proud Salvadoran and lover of music- particularly music that brought connection to her late father Victor Sr, and two brothers, Tino and Tony.
Gladys’ family is heartbroken by this sudden, unexpected loss. We are reaching out to our friends, family, and community for support with the following expenses:
- Funeral and Memorial services to honor Gladys’ life.
- Essential Family Assistance for her sons, Joseph and Jade as they adjust to life without their mother.
