Memory of Frank D Lacy

Hello, everyone, my name is Derrick and Frank was my little brother who moved to west Memphis to start a new life away from Fresno unfortunately my brother's body was found in a car on December 6th, 2022 in Edmondson AR. He has five kids and we would also like to bring his body home. Death is never easy on anyone so every contribution counts.
