Memory of David Milligan

David was a wonderful, loving and big-hearted soul. He was a USMC veteran. On March 14th, his family was left devastated and in pieces when a father of 2 daughters lost his battle with mental illness. As if coping of a loss of a father isn’t enough, they are trying to afloat financially during this extremely painful time. His youngest daughter, due to seizures, has not been able to work.
