Memory of Chantelle

First and Foremost, Thank you for your great thoughts, prayers and support. We are starting this fund on behalf of Chantelle Jackson. Chantelle was a double liver transplant recipient with multiple chronic morbidities that disqualified her from life insurance coverage. Your contribution in her honor will go to The Jackson Family to pay for funeral expenses and afterlife costs. Chantelle touched so many lives. She loved and cared for many children in her 31 years of life. She was a great mother to her daughter Rosie, a loving daughter to her parents and a supportive and caring sister to her siblings. After many years of fighting since birth, Chantelle has gone home to be with the one who loves her the most and the best, our heavenly Father. They appreciate all the love and support.
