Brittany Denise “Brit Brat” Little
February 16, 1993 – June 8, 2025
With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Brittany Denise Little, lovingly known as Britt Brat, on June 8, 2025, at the age of 32. Born on February 16, 1993, in Fort Worth, Texas, Brittany was a bright spirit whose laughter, strength, and love left a lasting impression on all who knew her. She passed away in Fort Worth, surrounded by those who loved her most.
Brittany was the daughter of Maxine Roberts and Shawn Roberts, and a loving mother to Hunter Little, Madilynn Little, and her beloved angel baby, Wayland Little, who preceded her in death. She shared her children with her ex-husband, Matthew Little, with whom she built cherished memories during their early years together. Though time and circumstances had created distance between them, Brittany never stopped loving her children. In the time leading up to her passing, she found the strength to face her challenges, determined to reconnect and be present in her children's lives once again. That hope carried her, and that love never left her.
Brittany was known for her feisty charm, sharp wit, and quick comebacks that brought both laughter and honesty to every interaction.
She is survived by her siblings: Uhtred Roberts, Katelyn Richter, Jordan Richter, and Aaryka Roberts, who will forever hold her in their hearts. Brittany's memory will also be treasured by her grandmother Harriett “Kim” Hartzo, and lovingly remembered by her aunts Cathy, Teresa, April, and Christina; uncles Paul, Christopher, and Christian; and many cousins, including Cody Roberts, Leo Roberts, Marie, and Charles Harelson. She now rests alongside her grandmother Bonnita Stutts, grandfather Jerry Hartzo, and cousin Decoda Roberts.
Brittany’s life was defined not only by her loyalty to family, but also by the incredible strength she showed in the years following the loss of her son, Wayland. She fought daily to survive the unimaginable, carrying his memory with grace, grit, and unshakable determination. Her sense of humor, her fire, and her resilience were unforgettable.
A funeral service to celebrate Brittany’s life will be held at Greenwood Cemetery in Fort Worth, Texas, on [Date] at [Time].
