Memory Lane Tour

Tax deductible

Our grandad , Tony Dugdale , has Alzheimers and Vascular Dementia.

He is a lifelong City fan and before the illness robbed him of his memory, he enjoyed nothing more than watching his beloved City with his family and friends.
We have not seen Tony since March 2020 as he had to be hospitalised and lockdown rules have prevented us from seeing him.
He no longer knows who we are.
Like thousands of other families we feel powerless to help.
We had the idea of visiting every Premier League ground in 24 hours - a Memory Tour in honour of Tony - to raise funds for Dementia UK.
To mark the end of the 20/21 season we: Calum Dugdale, Tom Smith (grandsons) and Uncle David Smith (son- in- law) will be setting off on Saturday 22nd May from Anfield (2020 Champions) and visiting all the grounds before ending up at The Etihad (2021 Champions) on Sunday 23rd May
We would appreciate any donation, however small, for Dementia UK.
