Aubrey Dee Johnson was a shining light within the Madison community and within the lives of all those she touched. Her giving nature and dedication to helping others were seen in almost every aspect of her life. As we grieve the tragic loss of such a fantastic individual, let us be reminded of the joy, laughter, love and nuzzles that she brought to our lives.

Aubrey was an avid reader and a lover of Madison area parks. As a tribute to the beautiful life she led, we're planning to place a park bench in one of her beloved parks so that others can enjoy the beauty as well. We ask that you please help us reach our goal so that we too have a place to visit and honor her memory.

Should we receive more donations than are needed to cover the costs of the park bench, we will be donating any remaining funds to both of her life passions, Journey Mental Health and the Rape Crisis Center.
