Hi, my name is Christine, and like so many before me, I can hardly believe the words I’m writing.

My wonderful brother in law, Dan, was diagnosed with stage 4b oesophageal cancer just nine months after marrying my sister, and only four weeks after the birth of their baby boy, Rex.

After privately funding as many complimentary therapies as possible to buy Dan more time, sadly his cancer has progressed significantly over the last few months and their time together will be all too brief.

In the months ahead, my only wish is for Dan, my sister, and their little boy to make as many special memories together as possible - without the added worry of financial strain.
