Sponsored walk from Canterbury to Maidstone.
Myself and a couple of others will be participating in a sponsored walk that i have organised to honor those who are no longer with us and who are struggling with the daily struggle! My walk is in memory of tasha Alleyne and Shannon Alleyne and gemma white! Who sadly are no longer with us.
All donations are going directly to the Mental health foundation.
By doing this walk i hope to raise more awareness for mental health and proving that by putting one foot in front of the other we CAN march forward.
