Memorial for our Mother Sandra M. Miranda Falquez — August 14, 1950 - February 3, 2022
Dear friends and family,
It's with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Sandra Miranda on Thursday, February 3, 2022. She was the matriarch of our family and a force of life that touched so many lives. She welcomed everyone into her home and into her life, she loved you like you were her own and her smile could light up any room.
She spoke passionately about her family in Ecuador and here in the United States, as well as all the “beautiful” friendships she had formed throughout her life. She remembered every single friend by first and last name, always pointing out what made them such a valued friend. She will miss those conversations with you and as her children we thank you for being in her life and celebrating every moment of it with her.
She loved her grandkids and they were her pride and joy, what she wouldn’t do to make them smile, she loved us kids and never faltered in being there to guide us, console us and set us straight when we needed it. She loved her sons-in-laws unconditionally and reminded us how lucky we were to have them. As an aunt she would inspire and love all her nieces and nephews always looking out for them and anything she could help with , she did; my cousins share those memories with all of us, she loved and was the best BFF to her brothers and sisters and will continue to be all of this for us from heaven as it has gained another Angel. She will dance again with our Pops Eddie Sr., and be reunited with our Mandy and Ronald and our grandparents Antonia and Asdrubal.
She touched so many lives as a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, aunt, sister, friend and coworker. Our mother Sandra will always be remembered for her infectious laugh, charisma, love of music and dancing, joy for life and the way she lifted up those around her. Our mother, Sandra was the families strength and beloved by her children, grandchildren, family and friends, she brought joy to everyone she met and she will be deeply missed.
The memorial fund will help us cover the cost of the funeral/celebration of life services, flowers and other items that were not part of her pre-arrangements. If you can help by donating and/or sharing, we are eternally grateful to you. Please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult season.
Respectfully,
Allynson and James Hendershot
Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank you for the gift of earthly life, in particular for the life of my mother. Thank you for all the years I enjoyed with her. I praise you that she stood with me through the good times and the bad times. I cherish the memories of times of joy and times of sorrow. As she is now at rest with you, I thank you for the hope of a future in your presence that we will share together. Now may you, the Lord of Peace, give me peace at all times and in every way. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.
