Hello friends and family! As you all know we lost our mom Deb in March of 2022. She was a beautiful, loving, and kind person. She was so close to Matt and I and living without her has been like figuring out how to function without a crucial piece of our heart and our everyday life.

She passed away suddenly and during our pregnancy with Ellie and so there hasn't been much ability to grieve her or closure.

I had a dream we had a memorial pond and would go there and throw flowers into the water. In this dream it felt so peaceful which gave me an idea....

Matt doesn't have a place to go to remember her and to think about her and he walks everyday and always around the lake by our house. I called the park district and they would be willing to plant a tree to remember her at the lake.
