Memorial & Support Fund for Bob & Altha McKinney

This is so hard to write. While we knew the day was coming and planned for what we could, our family could use some help during this time of loss. My Dad, Bob, passed away on August 7, 2023. Bob grew up in Van Alstyne, Texas. He loved music and singing as much as he loved coaching and building our community. He spent his career as a builder, building homes, high schools, and even hospitals. He loved helping to develop and coach young people in sports and life. So many have shared their fond memories of our dad.

We hope you can make a small gift to help defer funeral expenses and put a little toward the support of his beloved wife of 63 years. Altha fell in love with Bob when she was 13 and he was 17. Today she suffers from numerous medical conditions, has lost mobility, and has Lewy Body Dementia. 100% of the funds raised will go to support the expense related to our Dad and Mom.
