Memorial Support for the Young Family

Our dear friend Sam needs a little bit of support from her community of friends. Last Tuesday, June 22, Sam’s father Mark lost his life to mental health challenges. In the unexpected wake of his loss, she is shouldering financial burdens while also grieving for her dad. Let us remind her she isn’t alone during this time, by showing our support.

If you have a few dollars to share, we are hoping to help cover the costs of his cremation, rent so that his wife (who is struggling with serious health challenges) has the time to move and sort through his belongings, and a number of other financial obligations that have come with a tragedy of this nature. Anything above and beyond what is needed to cover the related expenses will be donated in Mark’s name to a non-profit organization, Heads Up Guys (https://headsupguys.org/), that helps men get access to mental health resources.
