This has been by far the hardest week of our lives. We lost our David Joshua on Monday morning. For those of you who knew him, you are aware that he had been struggling with anxiety, depression and opioid addiction for many years. He is finally at peace. It is difficult to find comfort in that since we are all still here to grieve the loss of a beautiful soul. David is my second born child and one of the most kind and gentle beings I have ever known. His heart was pure love and sometimes being in this world was just too hard for him. I understand that he was seeking peace and comfort in drugs and had gotten so far in it that he could not find his way out. David is free now but we are not. Please pray for our ohana and all of those who loved him.
