Memorial for Lindsay McWilliams
Donation protected
This message is from Terri and Richard McWilliams, parents of Lindsay McWilliams. We are revising this page to support paying for Lindsay's end-of-life medical expenses and to create a scholarship in her name:
"Last Thursday (Sept. 19, 2024) our sweet, gentle Lindsay passed out of this world surrounded by so much love, serenity, and peace. When our random universe threw her this cruel curveball, she approached it with determination, grace, and humor. She is now soaring among stars, leaving behind the pain and suffering of the last eight months. It’s truly unfathomable, but we honor her with every breath. Lindsay had a magnetic energy that allowed her to create, to love, to flourish, and to take hold of every day with curiosity and joy. She traveled all over the world and had more creative adventures in her 32 years than many of us do in a lifetime. Her enormous blue eyes took in the world with a sense of awe ~ designing and making art through everything she touched from her funky outfits to her unique costume designs. What an incredible gift she had. She was passionate, generous, and wise beyond her years and brought that light into every room she entered through her kindness and curiosity. Her light will shine strong in the hearts of all those who loved and cherished her. We are forever changed by having loved Lindsay.
Our profound love for Lindsay transcends this place, this time. It is a deep love that is infinite and limitless. We love you, sweet daughter. Create magic!"
Donations may be made to GoFundMe link to help pay for medical expenses and to help create a scholarship in her name for young costume designers to continue her legacy. Correspondence may be mailed to Teressa McWilliams, 27 East Monteray Avenue, Dayton OH 45419.
