On October 8, 2025, our family said a heartbreaking goodbye to a beautiful soul, Jahlisa Shanice Ramkeesoon, born January 10, 1997. Jahlisa touched every heart around her with her laughter, warmth, and her signature reminder that ‘EVERYTHING IS ZEN’. Her passing has left a deep ache in our hearts, compounded by the earlier loss of her beloved brother, Michael, who passed away on September 17, 2019.

This GoFundMe is to raise the necessary funds for a shared headstone that will honour both of their lives together and provide a place for all of us to mourn and remember them. Additionally this will help offset funeral costs for the family.

As we come together to honour Jahlisa’s life, we’re asking for support to help give her a farewell filled with the same love and light she gave so freely, and to create a dignified and lasting memorial for her and Michael.
