This page is dedicated to my journey to America in 2026, marking 25 years since the tragic events of September 11, 2001. I will climb in honor of the 343 firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice.

In 2026, I will take on a powerful and symbolic challenge: climbing 110 floors—the height of the World Trade Center towers—to honor the 343 firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001.

Our mission is to unite 343 firefighters from across the UK, each representing a different fire and rescue service, in a collective act of remembrance and solidarity. Together, we will participate in the 2026 Memorial Stair Climb in America, standing shoulder to shoulder with our international firefighting family.

This is more than a physical challenge. It’s a tribute to courage, a show of unity, and a commitment to support those who continue to serve. Through this event, we aim to raise vital funds for two incredible causes:

The Terry Farrell Firefighters Fund – supporting firefighters and their families in the U.S.

The Fire Fighters Charity – providing life-changing support to UK firefighters and their loved ones.

Blue Light Card Foundation – They champion the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the entire Blue Light Community, across health, emergency, social care, and armed forces, recognising the vital role they play in our society every day
