I'm setting this up for my nephew's services. Troy was 14, drowned on vacation with his mom and 3 siblings in a pond in Worecester, Massachusetts. The city lost one of their own in this accident as well.

Troy was a great young man, talked about wanting to join the military when he was able to, he loved video gaming and hanging out with his older brother. His best friend was his cousin Brian.
