Memorial Services for Helen Morrill

It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Helen Morrill. Helen was a bright spark in this world and will be deeply missed. She touched the lives of so many, and we plan to celebrate her life with a memorial service.

Many of you know Helen lost her daughter Justine to Metastatic Breast Cancer in April 2020 just as Covid had started. Justine was her world. Losing a child is heartbreaking for anyone, especially for someone with heart disease.

Helen had the biggest heart and cared so much for those around her. She was placed on the heart transplant list in March at level 6. In August, she was moved to level 4 as a result of having a minor heart attack from coming off of medications that she could not stay on to remain on the transplant list. As of last week, the doctors moved her up to level 2. Helen was so determined to be the recipient of a heart transplant. Unfortunately, she ran into some complications this weekend and could not reach her goal.

Many have asked how you could help. We have set this account up to cover the costs of the memorial services for Helen as she has been disabled due to her heart issues. Any excess money will be donated.
