Memorial Services for Chuck Stanton

Hello. We are starting a GoFundMe to raise money for memorial services for Chuck Stanton. Chuck passed away December 18th due to complications from liver disease. Chuck was unable to retain employment because of his deteriorating health and his last day on payroll was in October. When he quit working, his life insurance also stopped. He was in the process of trying to secure other life insurance at the time of his passing, but ran out of time. He depleted almost all of his retirement savings over the course of the last few months trying to pay for treatments, staying in the Omaha area for transplant evaluations, and other various things to help him qualify for transplant. We would like to raise $6000 to cover funeral and memorial services by Thursday, December 23rd. In the last two days, since Chuck’s passing, it has become more clear to us how much of a helper that Chuck was during his time here on Earth. If we meet our goal in the short window of time that we have, any amount over our goal will be put towards outstanding medical bills. If we don’t meet our goal, any amount raised will help ease the financial burden on surviving family members. We would greatly appreciate any amount you could afford during this holiday season.
