To our dear Family & Friends,

 

The Atienza Family has suffered a great loss...

 

Our Father, Azur Atienza passed away at the age of 69 years old on September 18th, 2021 in Las Vegas, NV. He suffered from existing underlying health conditions and recently fell into a month long battle with COVID-Pneumonia and sudden Heart Failure. The death of our Father has deeply saddened us.

 

We find comfort during this difficult time by having faith in God‘s plan, being surrounded by the love and support of our Family & Friends, and knowing that he is no longer physically suffering and has now joined his Wife, our late Mother - Luisa... Our Angels are together now.

 

Azur was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother and Uncle. He was a good man, an honest man, a hard worker, very loving and kind. Most would remember good times with his comical spirit as he turned every situation - light or dark into comforting humor to express his love amongst his Family and Friends... But, most of all, we happily remember him as being the best Grandfather to our dear Javon. They had such a loving closeness, a true unbreakable bond... Azur loved his Grandson more than anything in this world...

 

We are grateful for all of your prayers, kind words, love and hugs, it all means so much to us - as we navigate through the uncertainties and pains of our grief... We truly appreciate your condolences...
