Hi all, I am Tommy's niece, Angelina. I have created this fundraiser to raise money for my uncle's funeral arrangements. He unexpectedly passed away on the morning of December 31, 2020. The Sam-Sar family appreciates any and all donations during this period of grief. Tommy was a kindhearted, family-oriented individual. He was the life of every party.
