Hello my name is Carrie Lester. It's with deep regret and profound sadness that my family has announced the passing of my brother Steve "Phinese" Albert. Steve was loved by so many. He was a genuinely loving person. He kept everyone laughing. Steve had the gift to leave an impact on anyone he's ever encountered.
On Oct 6th 2021 my brother loss his life in a fatal car accident. He was operating an e-bike on the Belt Parkway when he was struck from behind by an automobile. The person operating the automobile never even checked to see if he could possibly save him before fleeing the scene.
We're asking for the help of all of those who were touched by Steve's undeniably unique aura to help us put together a memorial service in Steve's honor. Steve "Follow Phinese Pursway" Albert was nothing short of amazing and we will do everything we can to make sure his farewell services are as well.
