I am setting up this GoFund me account to help raise the money for my Stepfather Robert McKinneys funeral expenses. He passed away unexpectedly due to complications from Covid-19. Our family was completely caught off guard by his passing.
We thought things were covered and he had a pension but unfortunately there was no assigned beneficiary.
Typically you never think you're going to have to start a GoFund me account to raise money for a loved ones funeral, but you want to give them the most respectful burial possible and honor their life and it is out of the realm of possibilities for our family right now without help unfortunately. If anyone of my friends and or family could donate so that we may provide our stepfather, brother, uncle, nephew with a proper burial it would be greatly appreciated. I think with the times we are currently experiencing a gofund me account would be the best way to approach this matter to keep everyone safe.
