We want to extend the love that Ny’Asia President gave to those all around her by helping her family out through this tragic loss. Please consider contributing to her amazing family to ease the financial load in her untimely death as they move forward in the difficult days ahead.
Ny’Asia President known to her family as Nyny, was a loving, soft, jovial, intelligent and strong spirit. She was a loving daughter. Anyone who knew Ny’Asia knew how much she loved her parents. She referred to them as her guiding angels. A funny and trusted friend and an irreplaceable grandchild, cousin and niece. She passed shortly after turning the young age of 24.
She attended Bedford Public High Schools through the METCO program where she was a loyal friend and a gifted student. Ny’Asia had a great sense of humor and always had a smile on her face.
Ny’Asia graduated and went on to complete her Bachelor’s of Arts and Science in Health and Society at UMASS Dartmouth in 2022. She was a proud black woman STEM enthusiast. In her collegiate completion she wrote “College is not easy and I think most of us can attest to that. We can all think of times when we felt we were at our lowest and we could not get up, But we have dusted ourselves off and got through it or getting through it. We are so much stronger than we think we are, just a reminder this is not my last stop, and it’s not your last stop either.”
Ny’Asia then moved on to become a certified clinical researcher. Worked as a pharmacy technician. Then proudly began to work at Mass General as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the Mass General Cancer Center. She was overjoyed to wear her white coat.
Ny’Asia tragically fell ill with a rare cancer, Angiosarcoma in October of 23 and loss her battle to the disease on January 29,2024. Our sweet Angel will truly be missed by her loved ones and the people’s lives she touched along her journey.
In Ny’Asia’s Words, “It always seems impossible until it’s done…”
Please share any thoughts or stories about our Angel.
