Memorial Service for our Brother Dill
Our beloved Dillon Michael Galvin went home to be with the Lord on August 17th, 2021, at the young age of 26. Dillon was a wonderful son, grandson, brother, nephew, uncle and friend. He touched the lives of those around him in a memorable way. He leaves behind his parents, Kevin and Heather Galvin, his sisters Dia, Deirdre, Dezire, Danielle, and Delilah, his grandparents, Lester Young and Deirdre Taylor, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Dillon had a long and hard fight against addiction. Despite his challenges and pain, he was known to be respectful, kind, giving, and brought life and laughter into the room. He loved his family and made an impact on everyone he met. We find peace and hope in that he is safe and free forever in the arms of the Father. He never ended a conversation with his family without an "I love you." We'll cherish his memory forever, until we meet again.
We are all devastated by Dillon’s loss and are not prepared for the costs of this occasion. We want to give him the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and celebrate his life. We are currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Dillon's memorial service. We would like to raise enough finances to see if we can accommodate the release of Dillon's father, Kevin so he can attend his son's service.
Shannon Rios is a family friend and is helping with this page while we make all the arrangements. Please consider donating, as any amount will truly help our family during this difficult time. The date and time of his service will be available in the next couple of days.
Thank you sincerely,
The Galvin Family
