Marco was born with a rare condition called Adam's Oliver Syndrome. It's found in 1 in 256,000 children. This led to him being born with pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary vein stenosis, legally blind and ultimately was given a terminal diagnosis. His road in the very beginning was incredibly tough as he underwent countless procedures to help extend his life if only for a short while.

Despite all of this Marco endured and was nicknamed Mighty Marco because of the strength he displayed. He didn't waiver in his struggle. He fought, he played, he smiled, he giggled, he listened to and played his favorite music. He enjoyed every moment he had with his mother, father and two big sisters, Luci and Anna. He never missed a moment with his family. Marco was a blessing and now watches over us as our guardian angel.
