Memorial Service for Michael Mulqueen

Let us start by introducing ourselves. We are Ian Mulqueen and Holly Thompson. As we are sure many of you reading this know, our father, Michael Mulqueen lost a years-long battle with lung cancer. On January 17, after months of remission, he was admitted to the hospital for breathing trouble and after only a few days, he passed away. He left us forever on the morning of January 23, 2024.

We came out to Eureka, South Dakota, where he lived with his wife of 23 years, our beloved stepmother Irene, to mourn and to help with preparations for his memorial and cremation. Unfortunately, he was not able to get life insurance due to his cancer diagnosis, and we were unprepared for his sudden passing, so if you can find it in your heart to help, we would greatly appreciate anything you can give. We will be eternally grateful for any help, and we welcome any prayers you can send our family’s way in our time of need.
