Memorial Service For Michael (Mike) Davis

Michael Davis was an incredibly kind, special, and charismatic soul. A long-time resident of Rogers Park, Michael loved being around people. He was the life of the party and lit up every room he walked into. Sadly, we tragically lost Michael on December 31, 2022, at the very young age of 53. The exact cause of his death remains unknown, we are shocked and saddened by his untimely passing.

We all remember how Michael bravely fought and survived after being brutally attacked with a baseball bat in the summer of 2013. You can read more about the attack at the link below:

He spent several months in the hospital, learning how to walk and talk all over again. Following the attack, Michael was unable to work because of the severity of his injuries. He never regained proper use of his right hand and he struggled with his overall balance. He lived off disability for the past decade. Given his fixed income, he could not afford life insurance. Michael touched many lives, everyone he met has a funny story or fond memory.
