To Our Family and Friends:

It is with deep regret that we are informing you of the sudden passing of our mother, Melody Mack-Smith on September 30th 2019 after an unexpected turn in her health.

Melody was an amazing mother of five children: Kristen, Brandon, Jade, Gabby, and Jaydan and daughter of Alonzo and Dorothy Mack. She was born and raised in Blythe California on September 27th, 1964.  She was a fun-loving, charismatic,  caring individual who thoroughly loved being a mother and taking care of others, and she will whole-heartedly be missed.

The memorial service date will be announced soon.

We are absolutely devastated by our mother's passing and are in need of assistance covering the cost of the service.  We are attempting to raise $4000 to fully cover the expenses.

We will need to pay all costs as soon as possible and have started a fundraiser to collect donations for Melody's Memorial Service.
