Kelly Evan Thompson was an honest, hardworking, stubborn but very caring man. He was a father to two children, his daughter Breanna Thompson who is the mother of his two beautiful grandchildren and his son Matthew Thompson who is currently attending college to be a diesel technician. Kelly grew up in the Santa Maria area and attended Santa Maria high school graduating in 1980. He was the youngest of 1 sister and 3 brothers, Debrah Ferrara , Berry Thompson, Eric Thompson and his twin brother Tracy Thompson.  Kelly was born to Ralph and Evelyn Thompson on September 16, 1962. Kelly passed at  56 years old  due to lung cancer, he passed peacefully at the Santa Barbra Cottage hospital  with family and friends by his side on February 13, 2019.  Kelly's hobbies included shooting guns at the Santa Maria gun club, riding horses, water and snow skiing  and going to Vegas with or without friends. Kelly is in a better place now with no pain or suffering, he will be missed by all of his loved ones. This go fund me account is to help the family with all memorial expenses.
