Hello everyone,
My name is Elena and I created this go fund me for my father, Javier Lara, who unexpectedly passed away on 3/19/2022. My dad was such an amazing man, anyone and everyone who knew him could tell you so. Always helpful, respectful, smiling, caring, laughing etc. I don’t think there was a mean bone in that man’s body. Originally from Mexico but he came here to the United States alone about 30 years ago and Seattle became his home, he never wanted to leave. Sudden deaths are hard to process and no one prepares for this mentally, emotionally, and financially. We are raising the funds to honor my father and give him the memorial service he not only wanted but deserved. I am so grateful God lended me him for the time he did, and this goodbye will be hard on all of us because he was the rock of this family, and realistically he was all I had.
