It is with great sorrow that I announce the passing of my beloved Father, Benjamin Frank Cera, who was called home to be with his Lord and Savior, on May 17th.
We are fundraising to give my Father the memorial service he deserves, to celebrate his almost 68 years of life, here on Earth.

My Dad was the sweetest, most giving man I've ever met. Not that he had a ton to give, but when he did, nobody went without. I would often ask him why he would spend his money frivolously or on people he didn't even know. He simply said "you can't enjoy your money when you're gone, so I'd rather enjoy it while I can".
That being said, there wasn't a whole lot left behind, except all of the wonderful memories that my Dad created for his children, grand children, nieces, nephews, brothers, sisters, and anyone who had the pleasure of meeting this incredible man. Even if you were just a stranger that he picked up the tab for in a restaurant, just because you happened to be there.
I wish I could go back and talk to him one more time, and tell him how much I love him. As a kid, I once told my dad that I would never be able to attend his funeral because it would just be too sad for me, and now, here I am planning his service. I never thought this day would come. You're never ready to see your parents go.
So whether you knew him as Dad, Pops, Grandpa, Ben, Benji, Uncle Ben, or his all time favorite "The Sexy Beast", please help us celebrate him!
Thank you,
The Cera Family
