Memorial Sculpture for Dr. Joshua Copus

Hi, My name is Michelle Brinkley and my family and I were honored to be a close friend of Josh Copus and his family. We are coming up on the second anniversary of Josh leaving his life on earth and stepping into the gates of heaven. I promised his mother we would find a way to make Josh’s life of scientific exploration a legacy that would not be forgotten. We have found an atrist, John Lindquist, in Hawaii who creates gorgeous blown glass sculptures of sea life. He has agreed to create a beautiful sculpture of the different species of fish and algae discovered by Josh. In addition, Josh’s mother Carol has reached out to his wonderful friends at the Bishop museum who will display the sculpture honoring Josh and his scientific discoveries.

We are trying to raise the $4,000 for the sculpture and would like to have it completed to be displayed by November 12th. Please consider your contribution to a lasting memorial of Josh’s legacy.
