Memorial Paver for Jim Peterson at EAA

Jim Peterson, born 31JUL1937, joined the heavenly choir of angels 12MAY2025. Our dear friend and mentor shared deeply his passion for aviation and volunteerism with us each year at AirVenture as a member of the Ambassador Team. He will be sorely missed and fondly remembered. We are raising funds to purchase a memorial paver at the Brown Arch with hopes that it might be able to be placed next to that of another A-Team member gone west, Herb Jorgensen. If we can reach our goal, we can send a letter to his beloved bride of 62 years, Eleanor, informing her that her husband's legacy of kindness and friendship will endure forever on the grounds of EAA where so many of us met him and enjoyed his company.
