Pamela Crider was only 43 years old when she tragically passed away on the early morning of Wednesday, February 27th, 2019. At that time, she became a victim of gun violence and the 12th victim of homicide in Gary, Indiana this year. Pamela was born on November 10th, 1975 and grew up with her mom and dad and two siblings. She was a single mother to two children that she absolutely adored and wanted the very best for. The last few years she spent giving care to her mother and father and working as a waitress at restaurants around the area trying to make ends meet. She was a strong and beautiful woman that always stood up for herself and her family. Unfortunately, just as she was getting her life together and things were starting to fall into place, life was brutally taken away from her.

 

She did not deserve to die at such a young age, especially not in such a heinous and heartbreaking manner. She had an abundance of life ahead of her with so many positive things to come, and she didn’t even get the chance.

 

Her family and friends were unprepared for her death and are deeply mourning the sudden loss of her. She deserves a proper memorial for what she has been through. We are setting up this fundraiser in hopes that she  can receive a great memorial service. Any amount helps and is very greatly appreciated by her family.
